1. The personal data we collect, how we do this and why
We use Google Analytics and cookies to improve your user experience and to analyse how our website is used. If you do not wish to permit cookies, you can change the settings for this in your browser yourself. In addition to the IP address, the information we collect is anonymous traffic data such as browser, device and language.
All information that can identify you is classed as personal data. This includes details such as your name, email address, phone numbers, photographs etc.
We can also contact you to market our services if we think these may be of interest to you, such as via an email mailout. You can, at any time, “unsubsubscribe” to email to stop receiving these in future. When you complete a form on our website, your personal data are linked to your behaviour on the website that is stored in cookies (if you accept the use of cookies). This creates a better user experience for you and gives us information on what you are interested in.
2. Approval and refusal
You can approve or refuse the use of cookies on our website or via the settings in your browser. You must consent to our processing of your personal data when you complete a form on our website. You can unsubscribe from email etc., very simply.

4. Request data
You have the right to see all information we have stored on you. Please contact us at info@scandbio.com for an extract from our register. To be able to do this, we can ask you to verify your identity. We will send the information to you digitally unless you request some other format.
5. Update or delete data
If you think the information we have stored on you is incorrect, you can ask for it to be corrected. If so, please email us at info@scandbio.com
We do not save data for longer than necessary. Even so, if you wish us to delete all information we have stored on you, please contact us at info@scandbio.com
